Service Description

The Candidate Inbox AI Agent handles routine candidate enquiries within agreed rules and escalates anything requiring human judgement.

Service Levels

Plan inclusions, response times and additional-usage charges are documented in your service agreement.

Cancellation

Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. There are no long-term commitments.
